They may appraise any type of property where the transaction value is less than two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. State Certified Residential Real Property Inspector These residential inspectors may perform any inspection including home inspection including those of one to four residential units, regardless of value or transaction complexity. They can appraise any type of property where the transaction value is less than $250,000.00. State Certified General Real Property Inspector A certified general inspector may appraise any type of property for any purpose. This includes home inspection.
